Compact robust torch with a trigger action on/off control with an optional lock-on. The COB LED has an output of 150 lumens and creates a beam distance of up to 80m. Fold out dual purpose stand/hanging hook on the top of the torch.

Power Cut Prepper Evaluation

Using a light meter placed 28cm away, the unit was evaluated in our workshop to establish the brightness of the light emitted over time using GP Ultra batteries. The graph below shows for each hour passed, the percentage brightness compared to when it was first turned on. The test results demonstrated that the unit provided excellent brightness above 70% for the first 4 hours, with a pretty decent 40% brightness for almost 12 hours. This places the torch as the clear winner for prolonged power cut use. 

The picture below shows the unit lighting a standard room, from a distance of 3.5m from the fireplace.
