LED Wall Light

Compact 2W COB LED light, which can be fixed to a hard smooth surface such as a wall using the enclosed Velcro pads or a single screw. Unit also has 2x integral magnets for fixing to a ferrous metal surface. 

Ideal for providing lower illumination of rooms including hallways, landings and bathrooms during a power cut. Easy to switch on/off by pressing the clear front.

Power Cut Prepper Evaluation

Using a light meter placed 28cm away, the unit was evaluated in our workshop to establish the brightness of the light emitted over time using GP Ultra batteries. The graph below shows for each hour passed, the percentage brightness compared to when it was first turned on. The test demonstrated that the unit provided good brightness at the start, reducing to 45% after 2 hours. Whilst the brightness was reduced, it impressively maintained a lower level of illumination, which was still enough to light a small room, for 12 hours. In reality as the unit has a large switch, it would be turned on only when needed, significantly prolonging the battery life and therefore level of brightness.

The picture below shows the unit lighting a standard room, from a distance of 3.5m from the fireplace.
